Either at allocated time slots, or ad hoc depending on the type of headshot event you have organised, the subjects will have their session with Luke in a relaxed environment, ensuring we explore different angles and expressions as directed by Luke to ensure we have plenty of options for each person to choose from.

A Hair and makeup artist will be present (if previously agreed with client) to ensure everyone has been de-shined and their hair tidied before they go on set with Luke. The MUA will be at hand to tend to the subjects hair as they are photographed.

Each subject will get to review the images taken to ensure they feel they have plenty lf options and some images that they really love to choose from once they recieve their images to select their favourite for retouching.

If the subject would like to take a few more shots based on their review focusing in on a specific angle or with an adjustment to the hair placement we can always accomodate a second round!

The images will be supplied as a Dropbox link either to the organizer to distribute the subjects their headshots, or they can be sent directly to each person depending on the clients preference.

A link will be supplied to an online order form to order your images for retouching with clear instructions of how to do so.

The images will be retouched and sent to the client or subjects directly in high resolution Jpeg format, or any other requested formats at the clients request.

Additional retouched images can be purchased at a later date if required.
